Irish house hunters were left divided after an incredibly unique property went on the market this week.

The derelict and fallen home in the Irish countryside of Co Kerry landed on the market at €175,000 and is just 44m².

However, followers of the Seaside Irish Homes Instagram noted the incredibly huge project this would be and have said the sellers need to “check themselves.” “This property has magnificent views of Kenmare Bay & the surrounding Country. This property is in need of major renovations however it has a lot of potential.
