There is no expectation that Kelly Khumalo, former girlfriend of slain Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa, will be charged in regards to his 2014 murder.

Two years ago, the NPA announced a breakthrough in the investigation when Muzi Sibiya, Bongani Sandiso Ntanzi, Mthobisi Prince Mncube, Mthokoziseni Ziphozonnke Maphisa, and Sifisokuhle Ntuli were charged with Meyiwa’s murder, attempted murder of other witnesses, robbery with aggravating circumstances, unlawful possession of a firearms, and possession of ammunition.

Last week the commencement of the murder trial hit a snag twice when counsel for accused No.: 5 Sifisokuhle Ntuli applied for a postponement
