The acquisition of GreenSync aids Intelilhub’s expansion into behind-the-meter services.

Intellihub has acquired grid management company GreenSync as part of a move by the Brookfield Asset Management-backed smart meter provider to better manage electricity demand “behind the meter” as intermittent wind and solar power expands at the expense of fossil fuels.
