National Disability Insurance Scheme services business T-Shirt Ventures is fronting investors for a capital raising to build more products.$4 million round last year.T-Shirt Ventures is a healthtech shop with two main products already in the market: a platform for NDIS plan management, called Provider Choice; and a marketplace connecting NDIS participants with service providers, called HeyHubble.

Potential investors were told T-Shirt Ventures would use the funds raised to develop its range of NDIS-related products. Its existing backers include venture capital firm Seed Space.
