Ndlovu and his companies also ordered to pay the costs brought by the state in the preservation of his assets and the subsequent forfeiture to the state

In a ruling delivered by the Special Tribunal, Judge Lebogang Modiba ordered that Ndlovu’s companies be restricted from doing business with government:

“Based on the findings made against Hamilton Ndlovu, the companies he represents, Mok Plus One, Persto, Kgodumo and Luiborn Dorn Ndlovu, in his capacity as a director in Joritans in these proceedings, the NHLS [National Health Laboratory Service] is urged to invoke section 15 of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 7 to list these entities, their directors and shareholders on the database of restricted supplies,” Modiba said.

“Given the abuse of corporate entities, tender fronting and fraud that has taken place, a punitive cost order is warranted against Hamilton Ndlovu and the companies he represents. He masterminded the fraudulent procurement scheme and challenged funds deriving from the impugned payments through these companies.”Modiba ordered the SIU to take all necessary steps to effect the order.

Ndlovu’s problems started when he went on a massive shopping spree, buying expensive cars and posting them on social media.
