, featuring Canadian comedian Eugene Levy and his son, Dan Levy; Annie Murphy and Catherine O’Hara, is for sale.The property in Goodwood, Ont., at 299 Regional Highway 47, is a “landmark building full of history, even before being featured on a popular Canadian TV series!,” theThe three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 4,000 square-foot building gives a “whole new meaning to work from home,” the listing reads.

There’s a storefront attached, the same one used for Rose Apothecary, the shop of locally-sourced products run by Dan Levy’s character David Rose. The building is not the first Schitt’s Creek property to have popped up on the market recently; the mansion the Rose family lived in before they lost their fortune, in the show, isAt 24,000 square feet, with 12 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, an indoor and outdoor pool, a home theatre and a carved limestone exterior, it’s no surprise the fictional Rose family would call this mansion their home.The Hockley Hotel listing boasts 10 units, including a two-storey manager’s suite and a cottage.
