The eight-building industrial project is being planned by Prologis.

Almost 1 million square feet of warehouse space is planned for the 64-acre property on West Plano Parkway.A new Plano business park will bring almost 1 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space to a high-profile location.

The busy site on Plano’s south border was the location of an office and research park for decades that housed companies including NTT Data, Dell, Perot Systems and Arco Oil & Gas. Now Plano’s planning and zoning commission has approved plans for the new business park that would be one of the largest industrial developments in that area of Dallas-Fort Worth.
