Clifton East ward Cllr Maria Watson said: “We are delighted to see interest in one of the vacant units in the Clifton Triangle being taken up as a CVS veterinarian practice. Despite some inquiries in them in the past, the three units have remained largely empty since they were built several years ago, so to have one finally being used for their intended purpose is excellent news for everyone in Clifton.

“In a time of ever-rising living costs; a new business in the area, new job opportunities and extra choices for pet owners is only ever going to be a positive change for the area. “We now hope this could be the start of new investment in the area, with Clifton welcoming new shops and services into the Ward, and perhaps the last remaining unit being used in the not too distant future."
