No such thing as naughty children, blame is totally on naughty parents, however age limit should be enforced by establishments that are awarded liquor licenses.

We can blame the owner all we like but truth is parents need to play a role in their children's upbringing. I mean how many parents, uncles, aunts etc. have been sending their under-age children to buy alcohol for them? Sames applies with cigarettes

What if the owner of the tavern was a foreigner

I think it should start now where South Africa must close numbers of the tarvens coz clearly many of them they are hosting kids under the age of 18, we all don't see that till incidents like this happens.

Why is alcohol abuse in the youth so prevalent? Is it because they are hopeless about the future? I wonder.

Justice? Justifying for the lives lost? Hands and eyes on ... to get all who are responsible for this massacre in the South.

According to u MaBoys OscarMabuyane there'll be a review of LL. If this is TRUE then the 10+ taverns/shebeens in SP must be CLOSED bcoz ALL OF THEM are in between houses. Mnguni might be the ONLY one which complies [if so it's by a whisker].

You wonder what were they doing at tarven..... church is the only place for children

For what though cause also parents failed in this regards...is true that we as south Africans are a blaming nation ..those parents should take accountability

21 or 22 can't someone count? Newscaster says 22 and captions read 21 ?😭

The Liquor Board pretends as if it was not aware that these social irritants serve alcohol to minors. And, all the provincial Liquor Boards will be busy this week enforcing the no under 18 rule, after tipping off the establishments
