Fort Worth’s PHP Capital Partners is teaming up with California-based CapRock Partners to buy warehouse and distribution buildings.

The partnership just made its first purchase, a more than 95,000-square-foot industrial property in Grand Prairie. The building is 90% leased to multiple tenants.
