When the housing market is 'fixed' will those who worked hard and saved to buy their overpriced house & then find themselves in negative equity be protected from this 'fix', or be kicked out of their homes to make way for those who find themselves able to afford a devalued house?

It's impossible to fix whilst net immigration runs at ~300k per year. Same for NHS and education. Apologies for stating the obvious.

Think we have a population problem

The greed of landowners,property developers,home owners & bankers has been unleashed and will be very difficult if not impossible to reverse.

get the 'market' out of equation, nationalise all lands and natural resources, eradicate speculative real estate investors.
