A luxury golf estate is preparing to square off with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission after it found itself on the wrong side of the green in terms of the law.

The board of directors of the Links Golf Club and the St Francis Links Home owners Association in St Francis Bay, Eastern Cape have been informed their disclosure certificates were being red flagged for non-compliance, with the CIPC in the process of amending their status as the entities seek legal advice.
