Aitken Investment Management, the fund founded by former stockbroker Charlie Aitken, is set to be sold to three of its stockpickers in a management buyout.

The firm has confirmed AIM investment team members Etienne Vlok, Daniel Gerdis and Andrew Strasser are buying out Aitken’s stake in the asset manager.
