Nocatee office property sells for more than $2 million

A fully leased office property in Nocatee recently sold for more than $2 million.

NAI Hallmark announced the sale of 495 Town Plaza Ave. in Ponte Vedra Beach for $2.285 million. NAI Hallmark Senior Vice President Daniel Burkhardt, represented the seller, TPUB Properties. The property totals 4,532 square feet on 0.23 of an acre. Built in 2019, the property is 100% leased to Financial Media Corporation.
