A shopping center gets four new tenants.

By DBJ staffSprouts Farmers Market, Alchemy 43, Sugared + Bronzed and Modern Animal are coming to the Hillside Village shopping center in Lakewood, according to a news release., president of Northwood Retail, said in the release."Adding Sprouts to our tenant mix will be even more of a game-changer. Bringing top wellness and beauty concepts, like Sugared + Bronzed and Alchemy 43, will further serve the Lakewood community.

Los Angeles-based Alchemy 43 is an aesthetic bar specializing in cosmetic micro treatments and is expected to open this fall. Santa Monica-based Sugared + Bronzed offers services in sugaring hair removal and sunless tanning. The location at Hillside Village will be its first location in Texas and is expected to open this winter.

California-based Modern Animal, a veterinary clinic, will open its first Texas location at Hillside Village next year.“We are thrilled to bring a wide selection of quality products that cater to a healthy lifestyle to the Dallas community,” , chief strategy officer of Sprouts, said in the release. “We can’t wait for our Hillside Village neighbors to see what’s in store.”
