The approach has resulted in about $1.3 million split between 13 local tech ventures since Startup TNT first arrived in Saskatoon in June 2021. With new tech businesses launching nearly every day as the sector continues building up in the province, Johnston said it’s critical to find a way to expand the pool of available financing.
