Kerry Group, the taste and nutrition giant, has agreed a deal of more than €100 million to acquire a powdered cheese business in the US.

The Irish multinational announced on Tuesday it had reached a deal with Kraft Heinz, the US consumer foods conglomerate formed after the merger of Heinz and Kraft Foods in 2015, to buy its business to business powdered cheese business for $107.5 million .
