ServPro of Arlington buys Cassat Avenue building

The 32,000-square-foot building at 750 Cassat Ave. in Jacksonville was recently purchased by ServPro of Arlington.

NAI Hallmark reported the sale for $3.26 million. Vice President Austin Kay with NAI Hallmark represented the seller, and John Cole with Foundry Commercial represented the buyer. This retail property was built in 1979 and is situated on a partially fenced 2.7-acre lot. Located just south of Interstate 10 in the Riverside submarket at the southwest corner of Lenox and Cassat avenues, the property was previously occupied by Beauty Max.

“This is a prime example of converting an existing retail box to a different use and in this case a local business, ServPro of Arlington, who will be relocating as their business continues to grow,” Kay said in a release.Michaelson Real Estate Group, LLC
