Into comedy shows? You can catch some Texas talent at a show hosted by comedians Zain Hussain and Carlos Morrison called 'Business Hours,' which takes place in the candy aisle of the Friendly Rio Market on the University of Texas' West Campus.

AUSTIN, Texas — Comedians Zain Hussain and Carlos Morrison have been hosting comedy shows in Austin together since 2018.

"It makes sense to do this show and have kind of a young, weird room for people to have fun and try stuff,” Hussain said. "It's really cool. I like taking on new challenges and especially doing comedy in different areas and spaces,” local comedian Chris Hills said. "Everyone needs to laugh and you can do that anywhere you want to."Inspired by a former University of Texas comedy hour "Chortle Portal," the showcase brings in comedic talent from across Texas.
