Dallas developer Billingsley Co. is listed as the owner behind the project dubbed"The Chase at Wilson Creek." It is set to have an estimated construction cost of $120 million.

Along with the 17 buildings, the filing states the development will include three amenity buildings, one attached garage and one stand-alone garage. The total project is expected to cover about 800,000 square feet and has been designed by Hensley Lamkin Rachel, Inc. Construction on the Chase at Wilson Creek, located at 6500 W. University Drive near Wilson Creek, is expected to commence on November 30 with delivery set for May 2024.slated for nearby Fairview. The project, a joint venture with the Petefish family to develop on the family's farm, spans 242 acres and is expected to include millions of square feet of office space, thousands of apartments, retail, parks and trails, and maybe even a hotel.
