Two industrial buildings in Dallas Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones Frisco Star Commerce Center business park have sold to an investor.

Two industrial buildings in Dallas Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones Frisco business park have changed hands.

The buildings at 16440 and 16005 and Gateway Drive near Preston Road were constructed between 2020 and 2022 and have more than 240,000 square feet.Chicago-based Lincoln Advisors – an affiliate of Lincoln Property Co. – purchased the two buildings, county records show. Lincoln Property teamed up with Blue Star Land to build the warehouses.The buildings were marketed by commercial property firm Jones Lang LaSalle.
