Wrong place, wrong time: How things went so badly for Twitter’s new CEO so quickly

When Parag Agrawal took over as Twitter’s CEO last November following cofounder Jack Dorsey’s surprise resignation from the role, he was little known outside the company. Ten months later, Agrawal has featured prominently in a whistleblower disclosure, been rebuked by name in a Congressional hearing and fielded criticism from the world’s richest man both publicly and privately. Tensions haven’t eased for him.

” Musk then abandoned the board seat, threatened a hostile takeover and ultimately agreed to buy Twitter for $54.20 per share, a significant premium to the company’s share price at the time, only to then attempt to withdraw from the deal months later, citing concerns about the number of bots and spam accounts on the platform. Twitter is now suing him to complete the deal.

It would be unfair to doubt Mr Parag’s integrity. His hard work and loyalty to the work has benefitted TWITTER a lot so far. When tough times have been created by twitter board’s wrong doings, how one man could be held responsible. The way board has functioned, needs criticism.

CNN sold out just about a year ago. Waiting for them to start picking up for Vlad and the Ruskies.

My concern with this $44 billion takeover deal is that I hope Africa isn't disadvantaged with it's use of Twitter Since Africa has been sidelined in the use of PayPal which 'everyone' prefers on the international scene. equity Twitter paypal tuesdayvibe
