Proposition 29 would set new requirements. Centers would have to hire more staff, which could include nurses and doctors. Some claim it'll make clinics safer while others call it "a power grab."You've seen the ads just two years ago and two years before that. Now, a proposition to change California dialysis centers is on the ballot again.

"The requirement would be an MD or a nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, would be required to be present while the medical treatment is taking place inside the clinic," said David Miller from Service Employees International Union-United Healthcare Workers West . "The clinics are run incredibly efficient," said Miller. "They're very short staffed, so this would add just one extra staff person into the clinic who will be responsible for quality of care."Jon Coupal with the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association says calls it "a solution in search of a problem."

toda proposición está hecha con una razòn, ROBAR MAS IMPUESTOS AL CONTRIBUYENTE. EL SISTEMA NO VA A MEJORAR. esto ya se volvió rutina para el gobierno, ya sabe como robar LEGAL.

Safer is better.

Hasn't this proposal been defeated 2 or three times already?

Every year, same old sob bait.

Vote NO! Absolutely ridiculous and a way to raise billing fees. If a doctor is attached to the claim they can charge double. Please stop this. Medical care is expensive enough without these games.

This is the 3rd time for this crap. The dialysis providers have been flooding airwaves with sad stories about people who will die if it passes. It’s disgusting.
