"I grew up watching 'Perry Mason.' So it was my dream that I would be able to get that person on the stand and crack them on the stand and win the case, and do it every time. That was my dream," Hague says. "What you want to do is wake up in the morning with fire in your belly, excited about what you're doing, then work isn't really work," Hague says."Work is like, 'Wow, at the end of the day I'm beat on my butt, but I feel good because I really did something worthwhile."Did your parents have a strong influence on you?

So the idea of my 29-day, 22-step formula is we set a 72-hour weekend on day 27, a Saturday, Sunday and Monday, when the home is first available for showings.

Some people would do a deal that that and then walk away, like this is my exit deal. So what's next for Greg Hague?
