Several large industrial spaces put up for sublease have secured tenants this year, a sign some say underlines the relative strength of the East Bay industrial market.

Logistics provider Accu Logistics LLC has signed on to lease nearly 95,000 square feet in San Leandro. at 2350 Williams St. from furniture installation company ServiceWest starting in November, real estate services firm CBRE said in a release Oct. 12.Terms of the lease were not disclosed. CBRE’s Bob Ferraro, Michael Barry and Chris van Keulen represented Service West in the deal.

ALL, a third-party logistics provider, has an existing space in San Leandro at 2031 Burroughs Ave., approximately two miles south of the Williams Street facility. ALL’s plans for the site were not clear Thursday; neither Service West nor ALL were immediately available for comment. The facility at 2350 Williams is owned by an entity affiliated with Blackstone, property records show. The company’s space at 2031 Burroughs was purchased AMB Property Corp. in 2001; AMB merged with ProLogis in 2011 to form Prologis .

E-commerce giant Amazon spooked industrial investors earlier this year after it announced it would seek to pull back on leasing of industrial space, citing excess capacity in its leased portfolio.
