Developer Prologis is planning a more than 525,000 square foot warehouse building in Flower Mound

Prologis’ Silveron building will contain more than 525,000 square feet, and construction is set to start in December, according to planning documents filed with the state.Meinhardt & Associates Architects is designing the project.Flower Mound’s city council approved the new business park earlier this year. The industrial project was a development of Duke Realty, which Prologis recently acquired. Duke built several Flower Mound industrial buildings over the last few years.
