Instead, members will find a softer blend of neutral colors with both warm and cool accents as they move through the space, which includes a lounge area, bar, conference room, private booths with good lighting for making phone and Zoom calls, a work area and a private room for mothers."We don't use the phrase 'boy boss.

Rather, they want it to be more of a casual gathering space where members can lounge, relax and network with each other. In effect, a remedy for the loneliness and isolation that many female executives experience once they get to the top levels of an organization.
