Duck Duck Rooter buys $1.2 million property

Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing and Septic Services, a Jacksonville-based plumbing, septic and under ground utilities company, has purchased two properties in Confederate Point and has an option to purchase a third.The company bought a combined 1.61 acres at 4567 Blanking Blvd. and 4540 Wesconnett Blvd. for $1.2 million and is leasing the 1.72-acre property atThe property is adjacent to an Amazon facility and about 10 minutes away from the intersection of I-295 and I-10.

Duck Duck Rooter will be relocating its sales office to a building on the site and will be building a warehouse to service vehicles and store parts.
