The Entrada development is a large, mixed-use project that the town hails as an important source of amenities. The initial estimated cost for the project was about $500 million, according to the original economic development agreement. The agreements are being transferred from an entity listed as Maguire Partners-Solana Land, L.P. to Marquis Westlake Development, Inc.

The mixed-use project is modeled after a Catalonian village in northeast Spain, according to the development’s website. The 85-acre project features over 300 residential units, including townhomes, condominiums and single-family villas. Entrada has existing retail options.
