The three people are accused of shooting Olesithi Nsengimana, 20, and Rafael Hernandez Lopez, 15, on the afternoon of Oct. 29 inside a southwest Houston strip mall in the 11000 block of the Southwest Freeway, according to police.Keilon Omari Barnes, 17, was arrested Thursday and charged with capital murder, according to Harris County court records. The two juveniles were arrested on Friday, police said.

Barnes and the two juveniles were sitting at a table at a business in the strip mall, when the two victims entered and approached them, according to police. There was an argument, and one of the people in Barnes' group pulled out a gun and shot Nsengimana and Lopez, police said. Nsengimana died on the night of the shooting, and Lopez died in a hospital on Nov. 2, according to court documents.
