Analysts at stockbrokers Davy expect to upgrade their full year earnings forecast for Smurfit Kappa by 5 per cent for 2022. The analysts had previously estimated that the company would report earnings of €2.2 billion in respect of this year.
The upgrade comes after a trading update from the Dublin-listed group last week in which it said it expects to report earnings of around €2.3 billion for this year.
