Emfuleni business group threatens not to pay rates: A group of businesses in Emfuleni have threatened to boycott paying municipal rates and taxes after enduring years of deteriorating service delivery and collapse of infrastructure.

The Vereeniging Business Corporation , which is made up of 900 members, said it took a decision this month that none of its members will pay for services come the end of November.
