Twitter's CISO, Lea Kissner, announced their resignation on Thursday, vacating one of the company's most critical roles.

Spiro did not immediately respond to a request for comment. In a statement, a spokesperson for the FTC said it is "tracking recent developments at Twitter with deep concern.""No CEO or company is above the law, and companies must follow our consent decrees," the spokesperson said. "Our revised consent order gives us new tools to ensure compliance, and we are prepared to use them.
