Pattillo Industrial Real Estate is entering Nassau County with a 1.5 million-square-foot industrial park concept in Nassau County’s Wildlight community, the firm announced Friday. The Class A industrial park is considered an expansion of Wildlight 2,900-acre mixed-use first phase. About 15,000 homes and a slew of amenities are planned for Wildlight.
The first building is expected to be ready for occupancy by spring 2024, a press release said. Peter Anderson, Pattillo vice president of development, said the strength of the industrial real estate market in Northeast Florida and Wildlight’s expected growth bode well for and industrial park. “Part of it is working with land and sites you have, and that dictates the facilities we’ll have,” Anderson said. “We think it will accommodate smaller local and regional businesses for some sites, but there is a site or two should we get a large manufacturer or distributor, we can accommodate that. There are a variety of different uses and we’re excited about that.”
