SINGAPORE - Singapore-listed transport multinational ComfortDelGro Corp posted a 33 per cent rise in third-quarter net earnings for the period ended Sept 30, 2022, as economic activity continued to return to pre-pandemic levels.

Geographically, Singapore posted the biggest growth in operating profit, which more than doubled to $46.4 million for the quarter. The group said it received $5.4 million in Covid-19 relief from the Government, down from $19.8 million in the same quarter last year. Its vehicle inspection and driving centre divisions posted better profits. Others such as engineering services and vehicle rental were flat.
