'If people aren't coming to us then I'll go to them'.

A small business owner struggling with the impact of the cost of living crisis has created a brand new venture to keep him afloat.

He told Glasgow Live: "The cost of living is having an impact on everyone, it isn't just me. My customers are having to shop smarter and I completely understand that. "It's been a difficult year but I feel in a better place now because I've got ideas on how to take the business forward. There's light at the end of the tunnel."

"I'm trying to diversify the business and I think the van could be an asset to the local community. It'll make a difference for the elderly and disabled who can't get to the shop. But until the mobile shop is up and running, he's focusing on getting customers organised for Christmas.
