Shadow Workplace Relations Minister Michaelia Cash says the government is “Googling” and not consulting with business owners on consultancy costs.

She said the government’s regulatory impact statement lists the consultancy costs as $14,500 or $75,500 per business that will bargain.

“They then set out how they got to those costs and in relation to consultant fees, the footnote takes you to a website – how much should I charge as a consultant in Australia?”, she told Sky News Australia.
