Cooling job market doesn't take the heat off the holiday hiring spreeDespite headlines of mass layoffs in corporate America and fears of recession, retailers and shippers continue to battle for employees ahead of what they expect to be a record holiday shopping season. Every Business is HURTING to hire good employees. This generation thinks its special and deserves a free ride in life. 😱 Doesn't want to work for a living. When there are NO Help wanted signs everywhere, then we will be on the right track again. The holiday season last for another 4 weeks. Those people will be laid off from those jobs. Then we're left with a recession and more and more jobs will be eliminated. Things are not going to get better folks.... Things are going to get worse before they get better. This just in, we are losing jobs in droves, but shipping companies want to hire people for 2 months and then lay them off. Everything's fine. Everything's just fricken peachy...
