Got $32 million to spare? A penthouse condo at 1 Bloor St. W. has hit the Toronto real estate market.

A penthouse condo at 1 Bloor St. W. has hit the Toronto real estate market. The building is still under construction — according to Freddy Mak from Ferrow Real Estate, the unit won’t be ready for another year or two — but a number of potential buyers have already expressed interest in the penthouse condo due to features like an infinity pool, lots of private outdoor space and four floors of indoor space.

The four-floor condo will have three-plus-one bedrooms and six bathrooms. At the intersection of Bloor and Yonge streets, it’s steps away from a number of dining, shopping and cultural destinations. Of course, aside from its central location, the condo boasts a number of high-end amenities and perks, including access to the attached hotel’s staff and services.
