The indoor action sports recreation company will take about 30,000 square feet offering activities such as skateboarding, scooters, trampoline, BMX, a parkour/ninja warrior course and private event space. It will be located at the mezzanine level, overlooking a 1.8-acre lagoon at the 37-acre mixed-use park near Power and Warner roads.
According to its website, KTR has five locations already open in Glendale, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Midvale, Utah as well as another Mesa center on 1927 N. Gilbert Road. The location at Cannon Beach will serve as its corporate franchise headquarters upon opening.Ron Sciarro .
