Hines and its partners are developing North Loop Green, a mixed-use project designed by ESG Architects in the North Loop District of downtown Minneapolis.Houston-based Hines has landed an anchor tenant at North Loop Green, a mixed-use development under construction in downtown Minneapolis.

Investment banking firm Piper Sandler & Co. has signed a 15-year lease for about 113,000 square feet for the relocation of its headquarters in the summer of 2025. The project, which will contain 350,000 square feet of office space, 350 apartments, hospitality, restaurants and retail components next to Target Field, home of Major League Baseball's Minnesota Twins, is being developed in partnership with AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust and Marquee Development.

Founded in Minneapolis in 1895, Piper Sandler has offices across the U.S. and in London, Aberdeen and Hong Kong.
