McGuireWoods is moving its Dallas base less than a quarter mile to The Link at Uptown.

“We could not be more excited about our new space at The Link,” said Jason Cook, McGuireWoods' Dallas Office managing partner, in a prepared statement.

“Its location, footprint, and amenities will help provide the innovative, connected environment we want to create for our employees and clients,” he added. The Link, which is now 96% leased with the addition of McGuireWoods, has added some notable tenants to its lineup. The mix includes Newmark, Houlihan Lokey, Shearman & Sterling and PMG.

Beyond office space, the property is set to include two ground-floor restaurants, overnight executive suites and an amenity floor.Total # of local tenant rep deals closed in 2021
