The North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria has granted the National Energy Regulator of South Africa an extension to make its final decision on Eskom's revenue application for the 2023/24 financial year. | News24_Business

The high court has now extended the deadline for a decision to 12 January 2023, Nersa said on Wednesday. In the same tariff application, the cash-strapped power utility is seeking a further 9.74% increase for 2024/25.
