Complaints from women working at Nike alleging misconduct and harassment have been unsealed to the public as part of a lawsuit against the company.

The various complaints range from allegations of"sloppy drunk" male workers putting their hands around female co-workers to a male worker telling a female worker she should have"dressed sexier."Redacted complaints include one alleging a"poor" performing male employee called another employee a"b****" but that the male employee was not fired because he is protected by the"boys club.

The complaints, which date back as far as 2018, were unsealed by the court as a result of pressure from reporters, including those from Insider and the Oregonian, who were seeking more transparency in the litigation. The lawsuit was originally filed in August 2018 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon by women who were"devalued and demeaned" at the company and were treated unequally in the workplace, especially when it comes to pay.Nike has touted how it has improved its representation of women in the workplace, including upping female representation in vice presidential roles from 4% to 36% in recent years.
