A partnership has taken ownership of the longtime home of the Byron Nelson golf tournament in Irving-Las Colinas.

Century Golf Partners and HKI Americas have teamed up to acquire the Four Seasons Golf & Sports Club in Las Colinas in a transaction that was finalized on December 15.this past year when a joint venture between Trinity Fund Advisors and Partners Group bought the hotel from Extell Development Co., in addition to investing $55 million in a repositioning and relaunch expected to be delivered in 2024.

The capital improvement program for the resort calls for renovating all guest rooms and villas, re-envisioning and overhauling the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, renovating 90,000 square feet of meeting and event space, activating the outdoor pool area, and refreshing the 14,000-square-foot spa to elevate the property’s amenities to rival top luxury resorts in the country.

Century Golf Partners, which is based in Dallas, owns and/or operates about 50 golf courses across the U.S., while HKI America and its affiliates own 26.
