This week, economic indicators will gauge the health and trajectory of the U.S. housing market

U.S. stock and bond markets are closed in observance of Christmas Day, which falls on Sunday, Dec. 25.S&P Global releases its S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller National Home Price Index for October. The index showed that

1% in September from August, marking the first time prices declined for three straight months in nearly four years.

People who paid $100K $200K over asking price are now under water with rising interest rates. Not a good formula. Plus they have to heat & light their 4000 square foots manse with energy cost that are through the roof thanks to a President that is out to lunch!
