The relationship between Yoshi’s Jazz Club co-founder Yoshie Akiba and her business partners has hit a sour note.

The co-founder and longtime owner of Yoshi’s Jazz Club in Oakland has sued her business partners, alleging an “egregious, years-long campaign to wrest control” of the business from her, according to a lawsuit filed Dec. 21 in Alameda County Superior Court.
