May be after this he can start thinking like how a Minister should be thinking, setting vision and objectives for the Ministry and the industry at large. That is most notably missing from that Ministry up until now, when neighbouring countries are fast picking up on tourism

Good. Avoid conflict of interest. Focus on your ministry, and there are lots of opportunities that can be tab to lift up the tourism industry, which was badly affected due to Covid-19.
