The Mansfield City Council passed a tax increment reinvestment zone agreement with Hoque Global. The TIRZ provides an annual reimbursement grant until it expires in 2037, in a total amount of up to about $8 million. A staff report describes the development as “one of the most catalytic public/private projects in the city’s downtown core.
