The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +0.17% and S&P 500 SPX, +0.14% and Nasdaq Composite COMP, +0.17% were trading about flat, according to FactSet data, at last check. Powell spoke Tuesday at the Sveriges Riksbank International Symposium on Central Bank Independence in Stockholm.
